Balls mill SFERA 50R has been designed for the production of 50 kg per cycle of of real chocolate and compounds, spreadable creams, dried fruit pastes, praline fillings, ice cream bases with a minimum fat content of 28-30%.
Finesse can vary from 18 to 20 microns depending on the product characteristics and refining time.
It is equipped with an independent thermoregulation circuit consisting of a heater, a cooling unit and a circulator for keeping desired temperature during processing.

Process
After having manually loaded the ingredients in the tank and started the automatic cycle, the mill will proceed to refining. At the end of the process, the heating program will ensure that the product remains liquid.
