RED120 is a compact unit designed for the roasting of cocoa beans and dry fruits as hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios.

Complete with customizable recipes for process control from manual loading to automatic discharging of roasted product.
Complete with easy openable upper section for easy cleaning and maintenance and product change contamination-free.
Through an easy loading hopper, the product enters the roasting room where it is gently mixed.
Infrared radiates the product by toasting it and reducing the bacterial charge.
During roasting cycle, peels and production scraps are collected in an extractable container. Samples’ picking device during roasting cycle
to evaluate the progress of the roasting cycle.
At the end of the process, the product is automatically discharged into the cooler/ peeler. At the same time, forced air will cool and remove any remaining skins.
