RC500 winnower definitely designed for cutting and crumble: cocoa beans, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, pistachios, cashew and others similar products.
Production capacity can change a lot according tp the product and size grains desired. Inlet production capacity: up to approx 500 kg/h referred to roasted cocoa beans.

Process
The product is stored in the hopper that feeds the vertical cups elevator through a vibrating channel. The elevator is responsible for transporting the product, then for inserting it inside the chopping machine where it is chopped by means of toothed cutting rollers. The chopped product is sieved by the two vibrators and divided according to size.
