RC40 winnower definitely designed for cutting and crumble: cocoa beans, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, pistachios, cashew and others similar products.

Production capacity can change a lot according tp the product and size grains desired. Inlet production capacity: up to approx 30-40 kg/h referred to roasted cocoa beans.

Final products:

  • grains > 4mm
  • grains > 2-4mm*
  • grains (flour) < 2mm

  • Stainless steel AISI 304 structure
  • Grooved and toothed cutting rollers
  • Inner chute for product’s conveying
  • Frontal doors with safety micro for the cleaning/maintenance of module (at doors    opening, machine stops)
  • Regulation of  cutting dimension through a radius wheel
  • Circular vibrating sieve: for sieving granular product
  • Skins aspirator: complete with cyclone placed closed to cocoa breaker unit for recovering eventual cocoa nibs or dry fruits grains
  • Electrical system:  with start/stop buttons
  • Supporting platform with anti-vibrating feet: for supporting and moving the complete unit
  • Automatic loading hopper: for product’s reception and dosing
