BTOBRED60 LINE is an automatic and compact bean to bar line, designed for cocoa beans roasting and chocolate transformation.
Composed of RED60 roasting unit, RC50 Cocoa breaker unit (chopping and winnowing, for the production and cleaning of cocoa grains), MAC6 pregrinding unit.

Process
After the loading of ingredients in the RED60 roasting unit and starting the roasting cycle, the roasted product passes into the RC50 cocoa breaker unit, for cocoa beans cleaning. At this point, it is processed in the MAC6 pregrinding unit for the production of cocoa mass. Finally, the DECA50CR600C line realizes the mixing, conching and refining phases for chocolate production.
