Ideo Tecnica’s ID-R420, ID-R700, ID-R1050 and ID-R1300 series enrobing machines used for partial (only above or below) or total enrobing of biscuits, sponge cake, dried fruit and many other products.
Equipped with a recovery tank in stainless steel AISI 304, double-walled, for thermoregulation and a removable grid, to facilitate cleaning and product change operations.
Enrobing machine is connected through a sleeve placed on the top of the machine. Here, you can connect the ID-VT250 or ID-VT500 tempering machine. In the case of surrogates or non-tempered creams enrobing, there is directed a storage tank, equipped with a pump.
A vane pump, located at the bottom of the machine, transports chocolate excess from the recovery tank to the tank.
The product to be enrobed is transported through a first entry grid, where the product deposits most of the processing waste, so as to limit contamination of the coating chocolate
Another grid transports the product in the enrobing chamber. In the part under the grid there is housed a tank in stainless steel AISI 304 with feeder roller and shaver, for the total covering of the bottom. It has an eccentric roller, to homogenize the thickness of covering and a batter for the excess discharge of the chocolate from the net of covering. For covering from above, there is a hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable in height, for the formation of two longitudinal cascades necessary to be sure to obtain a homogeneous coating.
At the exit of the chamber, there is an air conveyor. Here, an adjustable fan creates air blade to remove chocolate excess.
