A vane pump connected to the worm, to realize dense products such as spreadable creams and to be connected with other devices (dosing machines, coaters, etc.) positioned up to 7 meters away from the temperator.
Pump and worm screw controlled by a frequency variator for speed change and required capacity.
The software will manage all process temperatures, ensuring a proper crystallization of stable beta crystals, greater gloss of chocolate, dry break and greater storage.
