The ID-FB100R is directly connected to the ID-FB100 tempering machine on which it is installed.

Process
The product to be errobed is transported by a first entry grid , where the product deposits most of the processing waste, to limit chocolate coating contamination .
Another grid transports the product to the erobing chamber. In the part under the grid there is a stainless steel AISI 304 tank , with a roller, for the total bottom erobing.
