DROPS420 totally AUTOMATIC line for the processing of chocolate, cocoa surrogate and mass into drops and disks.
The product is moulded by means of an electronic rotor moulding machine, consisting of a double-walled loading hopper, dosing unit, plate holder and interchangeable dosing plate, depending on the desired size.
The product is directly dosed on the conveyor belt.
Production per hour: 60 – 80 Kg/h – drops 0,08gr/each 80 – 120 Kg/h – drops da 1gr/each

Process
After setting the recipe with the relevant parameters, the product enters directly into the cooling tunnel. Composed of two meters modular groups, built with a sliding plane and a food fiberglass cover. Top panels are all inspectable for cleaning and maintenance of the belt.
Cooling unit placed under the tunnel and allows a rear-facing ventilation of the product, for optimal cooling.
At the beginning and end of the line there are two automatic systems for belt centring and guiding.
Finally, the productis de-molded by a plastic blade placed in the final part of the cooling tunnel.
