Automatic moulding line
CAR275 AUTO LINE designed for production and moulding of bars, chocolates, filled and grain inclusions chocolates.
Fully automatic system, complete of 1 – 3 piston or rotor modeling machines (DOS275R – rotor, DOS275P – piston). DOS275P – piston equipped with a piston dosing system for the passage of grains such as hazelnut, pistachio, biscuit. Grains are directly mixed with tempered chocolate in the dosing machine by DOS-INC system. Ideal for inclusions and chocolate continuous dosing.
Advantages of continuous mixing:
- complete inclusion enrobing, to ensure a good conservation over time and preventing dried fruit oxidation
- guarantee the right percentage of ingredients and weight of the final product
- ensure the repeatability of the constant dosage
Hourly production:
18 – 21 moulds/min with massive products
10 – 12 moulds/min for stuffed products
