By this document we intend to provide the information pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 for the Protection of Personal Data (“General Data Protection Regulation”, hereinafter the “GDPR”) users who provide their personal data when completing the registration form to the website www.ideotecnica.com

Personal Data Controller is è IDEO TECNICA S.R.L., in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, with registered office and processing in VIA SILVESTRINI 4, 12089 VILLANOVA Mondovì (CN). It is possible to contact the Data Controller at the e-mail address info@ideoservice.com or by writing by post to the company headquarters mentioned above. The Data Controller guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of the personal data in its possession, at any stage of the processing of the same. The personal data collected are used in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and relevance and in compliance with the GDPR.
Processing data purpose
The personal data of the interested parties, voluntarily provided, will be processed to process the requested information. At the time of filling in the form, “contacts” will be required the following data: name and surname (mandatory field); e-mail address (mandatory field).
These data will not be used for any purpose other than those described in this policy, except by informing the user beforehand and, where necessary, obtaining your consent.
Processing data legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of data for the above-mentioned purpose is to execute a contract to which the data subject is a part or pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same (in this case, the request for information forwarded). The provision of data is optional but necessary; so, any refusal to provide such data makes it impossible to respond to requests made.
Processing data mode
The processing of personal data is carried out with both paper and electronic/ IT/ telematics tools/ media through the operations indicated in art. 4 n.2) GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Data recipients
The personal data of the interested party will not be disseminated and will not be given knowledge to indeterminate subjects in any possible form, including that of their making available or simple consultation.
Such data may be processed by persons under the authority of the Data Controller and/or by expressly authorized collaborators who have received appropriate operating instructions.
Without prejudice to the communications made in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, the data may be communicated to persons entitled to access it pursuant to legal provisions, regulations, Community regulations as well as, where necessary for the pursuit of the above specific purposes and to the extent strictly necessary, to persons who must provide services or services to the Owner, such as, for example, IT technicians and IT staff who oversee the operation of our IT system, always in compliance with the GDPR and for the pursuit of the purposes indicated.
Data transfer
The Data Controller shall not transfer the personal data of the data subject to third countries or international organizations. However, it reserves the right to use services in the cloud; in this case, the service providers will be selected among those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 GDPR.
Data Storage
The data collected will be kept for the time strictly necessary to give effect to the requests of the interested party and in any case in compliance with the terms of law and in any case in compliance with the terms of law. After this period, the data will be deleted and/or made anonymous in such a way as not to allow, even indirectly or by connecting other databases, to identify data subjects, without prejudice to the need to keep the data in order to meet the obligations provided for by the applicable legislation in force even after the cessation of processing operations.
Rights of the data subject
At any time the interested party may exercise against IDEO TECNICA S.R.L. the following rights pursuant to art.15 and 22 GDPR:
- right of access to your personal data;
- the right to rectification or erasure;
- the right to restriction of processing;
- right to portability;
- right of opposition.
The user also has the right to freely and at any time withdraw any consent given. The processing carried out in accordance with the consent given and its legal effects will remain valid even after any withdrawal of consent.
To exercise these rights, report problems or ask for clarification on the processing of their personal data the interested party can send an email to the e-mail address info@ideoservice.com specifying the subject of the request. In any case, the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority is recognized, which in Italy identifies itself with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data is contrary to applicable law.
