ENROBING MACHINE

ID-R is completely realized in stainless steel AISI 304 for total or partial covering (only on the top or only below) of biscuits, sponge cake, dry fruits and many other products.
It is composed by a double casing recovering tank in stainless steel AISI304 for thermo-regulation.
Enrobing supply  occurs through a sleeve of 1 ½ ’’ placed on the upper side of the machine where  a tempering machine can be connected. In case of covering with not temperate surrogate or creams , it will be supplied directly by a storage tank with pump.
A gear pump placed on the bottom side of the machine  brings covering chocolate from the storage – recovering tank to the covering room. A basket filter is assembled on the recovering pipeline of exceeding chocolate in order to avoid impurities.
The transport of the product consist of one first input grid where the product leaves most of the processing waste for not contaminate covering chocolate.
Then, a second grid brings the product into covering room. Under the grid, there is a small basin in stainless steel AISI304 with roller and trimmer for bottom covering.
An horizontal shaft with plastic disks is placed above the grid exactly on the small basin of bottom covering for avoiding that product will float on chocolate during its covering.
For covering from the top, there is a stainless steel AISI 304 hopper with adjustable sides creating two longitudinal falls needed for obtaining a total and homogeneous covering.
After covering, an air conveyor is placed at the way out of the room, where two adjustable fans produce an air blade which takes exceeding chocolate from the product away.
ID-R is made up by a product recovering basin and extractable grid  for making cleaning and products’ change easier.
AISI 304 stainless steel grid can be realized in various sizes and according to customers’ needs, from a minimum width of mm 420 to a max of mm 1020.
